The UK Cabinet Office's Performance and Innovation Unit published its report on "Tackling the Diseases of Poverty: a Package to meet the Okinawa/Millennium Targets for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria."
The report describes the Global Alliance for TB Drug Development as one of the Public Private Partnerships that offer an innovative model for balancing intellectual property rights (IPR) and access/equity issues.
