Christi Champ Baine

Director, Contracts Administration

Christi Baine joined TB Alliance in 2009 and has served in both contracting and operational management roles for the organization. As Director, Contracts Administration, she oversees the organization’s end-to-end contracting function in support of TB Alliance’s global drug development mission. She leads the Contracts Administration team and works closely with colleagues across all departments, as well as with external partners, funders, and vendors worldwide.

Prior to joining TB Alliance, Christi worked at Fenway Partners, LLC, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm. Before that, she held a variety of operational management and client-facing roles at Monroe Bank, a midwestern community bank later acquired by Old National Bancorp.

Christi is an active member of the Bloomington Bicycle Club in Bloomington, Indiana. She was previously a choral member and Council Leader of the New York Choral Society and a volunteer with The International HUG Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization serving orphans and other vulnerable children in Uganda. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music performance with a concentration in opera.
