Christi Baine joined the TB Alliance in 2009 and has served in both contracting and operational management roles for the organization. She currently serves as Senior Manager, Contracts Administration where she is responsible for managing and implementing the overall contracting process for the organization, managing the Contracts Administration team, and directly collaborates internally across all departments as well as with external partners and vendors to support contract development through execution to support achievement of TB Alliance’s mission as well as day-to-day operations of the organization.
Christi previously worked at Fenway Partners, LLC, a New York-based middle market private equity firm, in an administrative support capacity from 2006-2008, and she also worked for Monroe Bank (a midwestern-based bank, later acquisitioned by Old National Bancorp) in a variety of operational management and client-facing roles from 1998-2006.
Christi is an active member of the Bloomington Bicycle Club in Bloomington, IN. Previously, she was a choral member and Council Leader of The New York Choral Society, and she also volunteered for The International HUG Foundation, a 501c3 organization whose mission is to help orphans and other needy children in Uganda. Christi is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music where she has earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Performance with a Concentration in Opera.
