The Global Alliance for TB Drug Development, Inc. (TB Alliance) recognizes and respects the privacy of our donors. Any contributions made by private donors to TB Alliance are made to advance the development of new cures for TB and will not benefit any specific individual. Foundation, bilateral, and corporate donors are recognized in the organization's annual report. Any recognition or mentioning of a private (individual) donor is only done after receiving prior approval from the donor.
TB Alliance cares about the safety and security of our online and offline donors. We only collect personal information that online and offline donors choose to share with us when making charitable contributions. TB Alliance will not sell, trade or share a donor's personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. We use a secure encrypted donation service provided by our online platform, which can send and receive private information across the public Internet. Every credit card donation is encrypted using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) specification before it is sent from the individual's computer over the Internet.
