These four projects started as screening projects under the GHIT sponsorship and now have been advanced to Hit-to-Lead projects based on the hits that have been discovered. Two of the projects are natural-based product hits; the third is based on synthetic compounds; and the fourth is a target-based project focusing on amino acid tRNA synthetase.
