The TB Alliance and the Medical Research Council of South Africa (MRC) hosted the first international meeting of the Coalition of TB Research & Development in conjunction with the TB Alliance Board and Scientific Advisory Committee meetings.
The mission of Coalition of TB Research & Development from the high-burden countries is to ensure equity in the research effort and actively enlist research partners from Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle-East, the Indian sub-continent, Southeast Asia and China.
