The Board assumes fiduciary responsibility for the TB Alliance and guides its business strategy, actions, and budget. A Chief Executive Officer leads the organization and is a member of the Board.
The Board consists of thirteen directors, elected for staggered three-year terms, and represents government agencies, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, private foundations, and non-governmental organizations.
An elected member of the Stakeholders Association serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. |
